Jessica graduated from the College of New Caledonia with a diploma in Kinesiology in 2017. Upon graduation, Jessica opened her own business providing personal training services to help clients reach their health and fitness goals. Jessica believes movement is the cornerstone to having a great quality of life and is excited to use her education and professional experience in a clinical setting as part of the CTC team.
