Krista French
Kinesiologist
BHKin, BCAK
Krista’s love and fascination for the way the human body moves started at a young age as a competitive dancer, and she decided to turn that love into a career. In 2017, she graduated from the University of British Columbia - Okanagan with a Bachelor Degree in Human Kinetics and a specialization in clinical exercise physiology.
Since then, Krista has been very fortunate to work with a wide variety of people experiencing various challenges. Her career experience has ranged from teaching group exercise classes at retirement homes, to creating lifestyle and exercise programs for people with diabetes, cardiac complications, pulmonary ailments, and cancer. Krista has also gained a vast amount of knowledge on rehabilitating orthopedic injuries and prescribing exercise for back pain relief. On top of this, she is always thrilled to have the opportunity to work with clients that are simply interested in living a healthy, active lifestyle.
