Fees and funding

What rehabilitation at CTC costs, who pays for it, and how billing works.

Most CTC clients pay nothing themselves. Their care is funded by WorkSafeBC, ICBC, Veterans Affairs Canada, an insurer, an employer or another referring organization, and we bill that funder directly. If you are paying privately, we confirm the cost with you before you book.

How much does CTC cost?

It depends on who is funding your care. When a funder or referring organization has approved services, there is no cost to you. For private clients, fees depend on the service and the clinician, and we confirm them with you before your first appointment. Call 1-888-880-3222 for a quote.

Who pays for rehabilitation at CTC?

Extended health benefits

Many workplace benefit plans cover registered clinical counsellors, and some also cover kinesiology or occupational therapy. Check your plan for what it covers. We give you receipts to submit.

You can book CTC services privately. We confirm fees before your first appointment, and counselling starts with a free consultation call.

Questions about fees and funding

Do I need a referral?

Not if you are paying privately or through an extended health plan. For WorkSafeBC, ICBC, Veterans Affairs Canada, insurer or employer funding, the funder usually approves services first, and we can help with that step.

Will I get a bill if my claim is approved?

No. When your funder has approved services, CTC bills them directly.

How do I get a quote?

Call 1-888-880-3222 or use our contact page. Referrers can use our referral page.

Funders set and change their own rules. Always confirm coverage with your case manager, adjuster or benefits provider.
