Part of our community rehabilitation
Our occupational therapists assess, prescribe and fit wheelchairs and complex seating across the BC Interior, from manual and power wheelchairs to fully custom seating for people with complex posture and pressure care needs.

People who use a wheelchair or are starting to, including after a spinal cord injury, brain injury, stroke or amputation, and people living with MS, ALS, cerebral palsy or age-related mobility loss. Also anyone whose current seating causes pain, poor posture or pressure injuries.
WorkSafeBC, ICBC, Veterans Affairs Canada, FNHA/NIHB and extended health plans may fund the assessment and equipment when they approve it. Check with your funder to confirm what is covered. See fees and funding.
