Community rehabilitation in Invermere and the Columbia Valley. There is no office in Invermere; our East Kootenay team, based in Cranbrook, visits clients here.

Occupational therapists and a kinesiologist serve Invermere, Radium Hot Springs and Golden. We see clients at home, in the community, at work and online.

Invermere & District Hospital serves the Columbia Valley, and Golden has its own hospital. We travel Highway 93/95 between Canal Flats, Fairmont Hot Springs, Invermere, Radium Hot Springs and Golden. Local work leans toward tourism, the ski hills at Panorama and Kicking Horse, construction and forestry, so return-to-work plans often account for seasonal jobs.

Clients are referred by WorkSafeBC, ICBC, Veterans Affairs Canada, long-term disability insurers, employers and lawyers. The goal is function and independence at home, in the community and, where possible, at work.

To arrange community rehabilitation in Invermere, the client's case manager, adjuster, disability insurer, employer or lawyer sends a referral to referrals@creativetherapyconsultants.ca or calls 1-888-880-3222. We contact the client within 1 business day of the referral, and the client gets their clinician's direct phone number and email. Sessions take place at home, in the community, at work or online, and the nearest CTC office is in Cranbrook.
