Services

What we provide for insurers

Functional capacity evaluations

Physical and cognitive FCEs that test function against job demands. Typically 4 to 7 hours. The report goes to the referring insurer.

Independent OT assessments

Unbiased clinical opinions on function, needs and capacity, from occupational therapists who remain in active clinical practice.

Occupational therapy

Activation and exposure-based programs, PGAP, concussion and cognitive rehabilitation, and home and community assessments.

Counselling and mental health

Registered clinical counsellors for anxiety, depression, trauma and burnout. CBT, EMDR and DBT, in person or secure online.

Vocational rehabilitation

Vocational assessment, transferable skills analysis, labour market research, work trials, job coaching and graduated return-to-work plans when work is a realistic goal.

Early intervention

Rapid support for physical and psychological symptoms, with occupational therapy, kinesiology and counselling working together.

Group programs

SHIFT, a virtual pain management group led by occupational therapists: pacing, goal-setting, flare-up planning and mindful movement.
