How we deliver

We provide therapy where life happens. Most of our work takes place in the community rather than in a clinic, so treatment is built around the client's real routines and surroundings.

We work from 12 offices across BC and in Calgary: Penticton (head office), Kelowna, Kamloops, Williams Lake, Prince George, Terrace, Vancouver, Victoria, Nanaimo, Castlegar, Cranbrook and Calgary. Our therapists also travel to rural communities, including Northern BC and the Kootenays.

Common questions

What services does Creative Therapy Consultants provide?

CTC provides community rehabilitation through occupational therapy, kinesiology, counselling and vocational rehabilitation, plus functional capacity evaluations, Cost of Future Care reports, workplace health services, aged care and group programs. Pediatric occupational therapy runs from a separate clinic at kidscreativetherapy.ca.

Who refers clients to CTC?

CTC is a contracted provider for WorkSafeBC, ICBC and long-term disability insurers. Veterans Affairs Canada, employers and lawyers also refer clients.

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes. Secure online sessions are available alongside sessions at home, in the community, at worksites and at our offices.

How quickly do you contact the client?

We call the client within 2 business days of receiving a referral. Each client gets their clinician's direct phone number and email.

How do I refer a client?
