Community rehabilitation in Calgary and southern Alberta, from our office on 17 Avenue SW, opened in 2024. In-office treatments run Monday and Tuesday only.

Our Calgary occupational therapists see clients at home, in the community, at work and online, across Calgary and southern Alberta.

We see clients after discharge from any of Calgary's hospitals, including Foothills Medical Centre, Rockyview General, the Peter Lougheed Centre and the South Health Campus. Home and community visits cover the city and reach out to Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks and Canmore. Work here ranges from energy and head offices downtown to construction, trucking and logistics, and hospitality in the mountain parks.

Clients are referred by WCB Alberta, Alberta auto insurers, long-term disability insurers, Veterans Affairs Canada and employers. The goal is function and independence at home, in the community and, where possible, at work.

To arrange community rehabilitation in Calgary, the client's case manager, adjuster, disability insurer, employer or lawyer sends a referral to referrals@creativetherapyconsultants.ca or calls 1-888-880-3222. We contact the client within 1 business day of the referral, and the client gets their clinician's direct phone number and email. Sessions take place at home, in the community, at work, online or at our Calgary office on Mondays and Tuesdays.
