Referrals take two minutes.

Send the file by email or phone and our intake team takes it from there. We contact your client within 1 business day of the referral. We take referrals from WorkSafeBC, ICBC, long-term disability insurers, Veterans Affairs Canada, employers, lawyers and private clients.

What to include

The more we have up front, the faster we can call the client.

  • Your name, organization, email and phone
  • The funder, and the claim or file number
  • The client's name, phone number and the city or community they live in
  • The services you are requesting
  • Relevant medical reports and any goals or deadlines on the file
  • Anything we should know before we call, such as an interpreter, accessibility needs or safety concerns
