What you will do

• Work as part of a team with other therapy partners to put individualized treatment plans in place.
• Give clients education and strategies that support their function at home, so they take an active part in their own rehabilitation.
• Keep up with current research, techniques and best practice in occupational therapy.

Who we are looking for

• A master's degree in occupational therapy (or equivalent).
• Registered, or able to register, as an occupational therapist in British Columbia.
• Respect for diversity and an understanding that cultural context matters in each client's progress.
• Honesty, confidentiality and integrity, treated as ethical commitments.
• A collaborative approach with other therapists, health professionals and support staff.

What we offer

• Compensation: $50.00 to $65.00 an hour, depending on experience. Higher rates apply in our regional offices.
• Your choice of working as an employee or as a contractor.
• Sign-on bonus: $2,500.00 for all locations.
