Shannon has a background in Kinesiology and obtained her Master of Occupational Therapy degree at the University of British Columbia. She has experience working with adults of all ages in hospital, rehab, and community-based settings. Shannon utilizes a client-centered and holistic approach to health and well-being in her practice. She is passionate about supporting individuals with the skills and resources to overcome barriers and feel confident in returning to activities that are important to them. Born and raised in Vancouver, Shannon moved to Kelowna to join the Creative Therapy Consultants team and is

excited to take on this new opportunity.
