Tiffany Malwatta

Tiffany graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Therapeutic Recreation and obtained a Fitness and Health Promotion Diploma in Toronto, Ontario. Her education and training have led her along a path of diverse experiences. From Adventure Therapy and Outdoor Education, to Adult Day Programs and Long-Term Care, Tiffany has served many individuals with unique needs and interests. Most recently, Tiffany worked alongside seniors; helping them to restore, maintain and enhance their quality of life. She used recreation and activity-based programs to work towards the needs and goals of her clients. Tiffany enjoys facilitating arts and crafts, outdoor activities, culinary programs, fitness classes, and relaxation strategies. Tiffany promotes physical, emotional, social, spiritual, intellectual health to achieve optimal quality of life.
