Community rehabilitation in Victoria and southern Vancouver Island, from our office on Courtney Street.

Our Vancouver Island team includes occupational therapists, a kinesiologist and a rehabilitation assistant. We see clients at home, in the community, at work and online.

Our Courtney Street office is downtown, a few blocks from the Inner Harbour. We visit clients coming home from Royal Jubilee or Victoria General, from Oak Bay and Saanich out to Langford, Colwood and Sooke, and up the Malahat to Duncan and the Cowichan Valley. CFB Esquimalt means many veterans and military families live here, alongside work in government, health care, construction and tourism.

Clients are referred by WorkSafeBC, ICBC, Veterans Affairs Canada, long-term disability insurers, employers and lawyers. The goal is function and independence at home, in the community and, where possible, at work.

To arrange community rehabilitation in Victoria, the client's case manager, adjuster, disability insurer, employer or lawyer sends a referral to referrals@creativetherapyconsultants.ca or calls 1-888-880-3222. We contact the client within 1 business day of the referral, and the client gets their clinician's direct phone number and email. Sessions take place at home, in the community, at work, online or at our Victoria office.
