For referrers
Everything physicians, case managers, adjusters, lawyers and employers need to refer a client to CTC: who we help, how a referral works, what to send us and who to call. We contact every client within 1 business day.

Physicians and nurse practitioners: your patients can be referred through their funder, or call us at 1-888-880-3222 to talk through private-pay options.
1. Send the referral. Use the online referral form, email referrals@creativetherapyconsultants.ca or call 1-888-880-3222.
2. We contact the client within 1 business day and book the first visit, at home, at work, in the community, online or at one of our offices.
3. Assessment and plan. The clinician assesses the client and sets goals with them.
4. You stay informed. Reports and updates go to you in the format your program requires, and you can reach the clinician directly.

WorkSafeBC case managers, ICBC recovery specialists and adjusters, Veterans Affairs Canada case managers, long-term disability insurers, employers, lawyers and physicians all refer to us. Clients paying privately can contact us directly.
Within 1 business day of receiving the referral. The client gets their clinician's direct phone number and email.
We have 12 offices across BC and in Calgary, and our clinicians travel to smaller communities around each one. See our locations for the towns each team covers.
Yes. For ICBC clients we provide rehabilitation under Enhanced Accident Benefits and bill ICBC directly.
Yes. Occupational therapy, kinesiology, counselling and vocational rehabilitation can all run under one referral, with one team coordinating the file.
